I noticed that in the Dialhot V4 script used by DIKO, it has the lines:

DivXResize(WIDTH, HEIGHT, 0, "LanczosResize",WIDESCREEN)

and

DivXBorders(HEIGHT,OVERSCAN)

whilst the V4 script...
