Hi,
Read your post are you encoding as a KSVCD or KVCD as I noticed you were muxing as VCD but your resolution is a SVCD standard. Also what template did you use.

Bitrates: What is a Good CQ for Encoding?
Hi Forum,
I just recently got this working and it gave a CQ of 50.04 as a final CQ for a 97min movie, using a resolution 528x576 on the SKVCD Template.
My question is, Is this a good CQ or should...
