well i used another program that what it does is take the D2v and turn that into a fake avi, the makeAvis.exe u have to load a script and the one that u gave me phil would always crash while making...

first of all the MencodeMe download for windows link is broken i dunno why...

i get this error with mencodeMe while trying to encode, anyone know what it may be ?

Can't open...
