Illegal Stream error, Tmpgenc not using the CQ from CQMatic

Well I followed the advice and finally got CQMatic to finish the preparing phases and start tmpgenc, but when Tmpgenc starts I get the error "Illegal Stream" error. When I click OK on the tmpgenc...
