Ah well to bad then :P I'm getting a laptop with probably a dvd burner in it when I start university at the end of this year :)

Philips DVD/RW 3200 cd/DVD Rom won't read DVDs anymore

My DVD rom crashed when reading a dvd. The secondary IDE changed to PIO now I got it back to DMA. But it still doesn't work :? It still reads cd's.
Is the DVD part broken now :?:
