Hey I'll give it ago I couldnt really do much encoding work at work :-P.And klike 1hr ago I just got teh internet hooked back up so I have time for it.(btw im not noobish just lazy )

What do I use to go straight form dvd to (s)kvcd?Also a divx video at quality setting of 8000 dont look too bad but any better quality is appricated.

I usaly go form dvd to such a high quality divx...

I usaly go form dvd to such a high quality divx file that I cant tell the diffrence.Then use tmpgenc to convert it(I just use the kvcd settings then use a resolution of 480x320 for wide screen movies...
