How to use DIKO and KDVD ?

I read somewhere that DIKO now supports KDVD but after installing it, it only shows BDVD? Can someone tell me why and how can I get it to use the KDVD matrix. Thank you!

Maximum Audio Bitrate for KVCD?

Is there a max on the bit rate of a KVCD audio file? Because I am currently converting some episodes to KVCD and have a lot of room left over for audio. Thanks in advanced! 8)

Edit: Ok I got it now. Looked at the minimum and maximum bitrate from the CQ Settings. The max is 1800...

TMPGEnc Encoding - how to get a good CQ predictor?

I haven't had any luck with any CQ predictors at all! I've followed all the guides but I always end up with an oversized or undersized file. Right now I'm trying to encode in CBR to see how it looks....
