Metz VF61 S-VHS

Hi. I was wondering if anyone knows something about the Metz VF61 S-VHS player? It looks like a Panasonic NV HS860 but is it the same? Thanks in advance.

The 960 has both TBC and DNR functions you mentioned in my other message, unlike the 830 which doesn't have. How can they give the same results?
