hi folks

i want to make to a kvcd from an NTSC (29.97FPS) DVD, and i want to convert to PAL
converting the video is no problem with Moviestacker, but what tool can i use to slow down the audio (mp2) from 29.97 to 25FPS?

sorry, if i used the wrong section, did not know where to post it
