OK I start with a DVD-RAM file (352x480) w/48HZ Sound). I want to convert this to DVD-R. On my Panasonic DVD-Ram I can record direct to the DVD-R in real time or from a VHS, what I want to do is take the saved file and record to a DVD-R on the PC. Advise please

You need an authoring program like Spruce Up or DVDit.

I haven't tried that yet. I have done VHS caps directly into DVD-R in the DMR-E20.

But I haven't done a DVD-R from the .VRO file yet.

Read the next post for a mini guide to convert from DVD-RAM captures in the DMR-E20 to KVCD.
