My regular PC died Sunday. So we went out & bought another one. This one is a HP Pavillion a445. It came with a dvd-rom and combo dvd+r & cd-r drive. My question, is it best to use the software that came with it or use what I used in my old PC? I was using Power DVD, SmartRipper, DVD2AVI, TMPGEnc Plus & Nero. I've never heard of any of the software that this one has for playing/burning.

Thanks in advance, Randa
