I seem to have some trouble installing some of the extra added features of Nero 6, like Nero Express, which tells me to install Direct X 9a or later drivers. Does anyone know how and where in Windows XP...that will SHOW YOU which Direct X version drivers you currently have ???

Search you HD for DXDiag.exe (maybe in C:\windows\system32), and run it.

Well the "dxdiag.exe" properteries says its: 5.3.0.900 version.

Another file was updated by the service pack 1 version: 5.1.2600.1106

So what does this all mean ???

As you can see, where it say "DirectX version", you must to read 9a. If don't you must to install it, maybe from your Nero Install CD or from Microsoft site.

I forgot your're always suppose to double click an "exe" file, instead of right clicking the properties as I wrongly did. Probably would be a good idea to disable any running programs, and especially virus before updating.

MUCHO GRACIAS SENIOR!
