SwitchThreshold = (Width<=352) ? 4 : (Width<=480) ? 3 : 2
What do those figures do, are these the same in PAL encodings?

This line is for adapting the MA sensibility according to the resolution used for the video. The smaller is you picture, the less the MA has to be sensitive else you will have to much blurring.

The line is the same for PAL as with deal with width and the diff between PAL and NTSC is on the height (576 <-> 480)
