Multiplex as What?

I have two files, one video, one audio. The video file is an MPEG-2, 352x240, made with the V4 Optimal Script and ULBR Template, and is from a Divx 5.11 Source. The audio was encoded at 192k as MP2. Am I supposed to multiplex this file as MPEG-2 Program (VBR) or MPEG-1 VCD (non-standard)?

It depends of you standalone. I advise you to multiplex first as SVCD with bbmpeg. Burn it as SVCD non standard.
