I’ve created a SVCD using DVD2SVCD fitting a 70 min movie on a single SVCD. The disk plays fine in my Sampo DVE-611 DVD player for first 44 minutes then it stops. I checked the DVD player manual and it says that SVCD playback time limit is about 35 minutes. I asked a friend of mine to try this disk in his player and he’s getting the same thing. By the way, the disk pays fine on a PC. I was wondering if that’s our DVD players or I did something wrong using DVD2SVCD? If the problem is in our players can someone recommend players playing 120 minute SVCDs?

Thanks.

Any other player than the one you have
You are the first one to report that. Hum... not actually you are the second one. Someone (bomber ?) had a player that read 100 minutes only.
