Multichannel SVCD?

Anybody know how to convert a divx movie 5.1 AC3 to a 5.1 SVCD ?

Page and program are in french, but the download also includes english patch. It utilisez (too much fench...) philips mpeg mc encoder and besweet (they come with it).
