I noticed in my vob file for the matrix hat some frames repeate. Like when trinity kicks the police man.

Use the latest DVD Decrypter to rip you vob's. It detects this problem
and corrects it.

My hard drive is filling up will all the thousands of different tools that I have to download How many tools do you have ?

For ripping, one. It's called DVDDecrypter

you forgot Virtual Dub, I know you got that one!

Also you mean VCDEasy right? Eazy VCD is a 1 click dvd->vcd prog. that I once had on my hard drive but I never used it before.

2) Isobuster
