Do treat the pva or TS streams as known first using Projectx, then use DgIndex to generate a d2v file and here its the same approach like known from common mpg2 footage. ---> Thats the way I do treat all my DVB footages.
If you just want to obtain values for inclusing them into a ffmpeg etc. commandline, then imho you should get the elecard mpeg2 splitter as it also (imho) gots TS splitting support. Then the PARanoias internal avs temp. script generator will support the stream decoding via directshosource.
