Thank you for the link. It took some time, but I finally got it figured out. I llooked all around for the strength values that were talked about, but could not find them. I wound up just leaving it at the hard coded 20. Is it ok to just leave it at that for everything.

20 is a good value for 320x240. For 320x480, use 10. Kwag's formula is:
(320*240*240)/(Resolution)=strength value
