ok i encoded my movie using tmpgnec. video only. and i encoded the audio using headac3he. so how do i mux it together and burn it with wat program so that i can burn as a standard vcd. i encoded with the lbr template so can someone help me. becuase i really need it.

Hopefully you encoded ES(video only) in Tmpegnc because that would produce I believe an m1v and in headach3 you produce a mp2. You can use Tmpegnc muxing which is under File-> mpeg tools and simple mux or you can use bbmpeg look here for more info http://www.vcdhelp.com/edit
