any tips to try and keep the quality of a downloaded divx file of a movie? I have harry potter 2 downloaded for my little cousin and I have done a sample 1:1 copy no filters and it loks out of focus and blocky. I tried using various kvcd templates but they didn't help.

any suggestion on how to keep the picture from looking out of focus and getting rid of thoes damn blocks in the picture would be a great help.
