Divx Files Stop During the Playback?

i am using FlaskMpeg to make my AVIs and all the movies i ve encoded have some kind of stops during the playback , they are really quick but you can notice them the sound and everything is ok its only that

any ideas ??

i ve reinstalled the Divx codec and the Divx sound codec

another thing when i select MPEG-Layer3 it doesnt show any format higher than 60Kbs does anyone knows where i can find the cdec to install it again ?? i did look for it but i couldnt find it
