hey kwag, anyone..

if i wanted to use DVD2SVCD to rip and convert my movies to the KDVD Full D1 format, what matrix would i load, and is there an INI file i could download, like the LBR one?

For full DVD you better use the tool DVD2DVD-R

Use the "KVCD" matrix which is already included in DVD2SVCD. Just make sure it's selected. Select DVD as resize on DVD2SVCD. That's it
You can now save your new .ini file with a new name, like "KDVD_default.ini", etc.

Isn't there a different GOP structure ect needed for DVD output?

For DVDs, the MAX frames per GOP must be 15 for PAL and 18 for NTSC.
