KDVD: New Templates - from CQ_VBR to CQ

Hi Kwag,

I noticed you have change the settings in your KVCDx3 templates to CQ from CQ_VBR. I used to use the KVCDx2 templates and I had changed recently to KVCDx3 thinking that the CQ_VBR setting gave better results.... I guess I was wrong... I was wondering if you could explain why you changed to CQ... Benits?

Also, any reason why your KVCDx3 template are limited to 528x480? Why not 740x480?
