Hey there,

I was wondering- in the case of a video source that will let me kick minimum bitrate way up (like over 1500), with CQ @ 90, when should I consider making the shift to SKVCD and use your (Kwag's) Mpeg-2 voodoo instead of your Mpeg-1 voodoo??

Thanking Ya'll in advance,

Steve

MPEG-2 ( SKVCD ) is there for people who have problems playing MPEG-1. Use MPEG-1 for low bit rates if you can. Below 2,500-3,000, go MPEG-1
