i was wondering if anyone could help me i have been downloading free fansubbed anime(not licensed) and every time i convert them i can see the subtitles because my screen is to small my tv is a small PAL about 12"
and the videos were made for ntsc is their any templates that would fix that?

and also can i really fit 120 minutes on a 80 min disc? and if so how do i download and use the template? does it make the quality of the videos a lot worse?

thanx
