KVCD is only 500mb?

hello, im very new with kvcd and i did the transformation in a diferent way, what i did i took the .avi movie (austin powers 2) and i took the wav with virtual dub then i used headac3he to pass it to .mp2 then i opened TMPGEnc and i selected the avi file and in audio i selected the mp2 file and i loaded this templete (KVCD-CQ-352x240-_NTSCFilm_-PLUS(120 min).mcf) and i got this movie that looks kinda good to be vcd and is only 500mb!!!!!! , did i do everyting wrong? coz i dont understand
