Apparently cqmatic is not accurate with divx sources, but I'm going to do some testing with 1.1.01 to see how the new version fairs. For divx sources, I've been using ToK 0.0.5.2. I set factor for prediction at 1.00, use fast prediction with 0.5% accuracy, and set sample size to auto. If my movie is less than 100min in length, I raise the # samples/min from 1 to 2. Finally I use moviestacker to find avg. bitrate and, and from that I can calculate 0.57*avgbitrate to be used as min bitrate in ToK and set max bitrate to 2000.
