Rmvb to KVCD or Another Format?

Hello,

I have two files in rmvb format, which is Real Media.

I wanted to convert them to KVCD or another video format (avi, mpg).
Can anyone give me some help on this?

Well, thanks for the help.
That software is Windoze only.
I am a Mac user.

So I guess I have no other option here?
