I have the exact same problem as mistermickster and I"m in the same situation as he is. I have done all of the above steps and I'm still getting 89.77 on movies. Here's my log:

Hi Bigswaffo,

Looking at your log, I see nothing wrong
I think it's just coincidence that you got that CQ, because look at all the times in the log. They are correct, and CQ started 60, and each iteration took around 8 minutes. So it is correct
