How to Convert SKVCD to VCD?

hi all.first of all i'm sux at converting but i have a move which is in skvcd and i want to conver it to vcd,is it possible or no?
if yes then could some1 tell me how? :P

You want to put it in VCD or KVCD ?

i want to conver it from skvcd to vcd(orginal movie is in skvcd)

Open tmpgenc, load the VCD template taht is delivered with tmpgenc, use the SKVCD mpeg2 as source. That's all.

But the result will be uggly.
