i have a JVC dvd player and when i play a kvcd (100-110min) it will be perfect untill about 10min to the end of the movie. it will get very blocky and hard to view. is it the way i am burning it? i used nero and VCDeasy.

It's surely due to the burning, yes.

Do not use too cheap CD brand, try to not use overburn, burn at low speed (4-8x max). And perhaps your burnier is too old nd has difficulty to keep the track on the end of the disc.
