TMPGEnc: Video Arrange Method?

What are the proper settings

When i sue Tok

Video -Aspect Ratio-4:3 525 line (ntsc)
Advanced -Source Aspect Ratio-4:3 525 line (ntsc)
Video Arrange Method - Center

Now when i load a kvcd3 tempalte manually i get

Video -Aspect Ratio-4:3 525 line (ntsc)
Advanced - Source Aspect Ratio- 1:1 (VGA)
Video Arrange Method - Full Screen(keep aspect ratio)

Now i need to know because i use tok to get an estimate on the cq to decide which template to use then i use cq matic to do the final prediction and encode-(TOK is much quicker on my system then CQ MATIC )

Also is this the correct order when setting up tmpge
1.New project
2.Load KVCD temmplate
3.Load avs script

The settings are the one from Tok. Actually for the last one "center" or "fullscreen" gives the same result is the resizing in the script is correctly done.

And you order of process is correct
