The filesize of the mpeg is not supposed to change with pulldown. So what is exactly your problem ?

Note: there is a forum in italian, portugese, french and spanish. If you are clever with one of this language, you can ask your question there.

It's clear that is not normal . But I saw that you asked the question in portuguese on the other forum. I guess it's easier for you this way and someone will answer to you soon.

I can hep you but just the size of the file is not enougth. If you can give all details on what you are doing for producing audio and video it will be better.
I read the portuguese post but is a little too much for me too understand it well

lord elrond,

ive ripped my dvd "patriot games" with harrison ford. then i just created a ava2avi project with audio ac3 extration.

ive used vmesquita preditcion size method and maked the mpv, with the script below, with cce-sp and cq 45.

the quality was perfect, but when i run (sry, i dont know the past form) the pulldown 1.10, the movie runs with "handbrake", the movie runs in bumps !!!

now, the two last movies encoded for me, are in this way...

I do not understand WHY you use pulldown ?

If you encode in MPEG1, you musn't use pulldown (it doesn't work !)
If you encoded in MPEG2, you just have to set "3:2 pulldown during playback" in tmpgenc before process.

pulldown.exe never has to be used except if you have an already encoded video that you didn't do and don't have other choice.
But the better thing is to encode directly with the correct parameters !

You encoded 480*480 at low bitrate with cce ? "It's so ugly" would be more accurate Are you here to make fast encodings or perfect ones ?

BTW, use Dopulldown (a GUI above pulldown) it will be easir for you. Just check the "no-pulldown" green light, and process your file. It will probably ennd with an error and a red "X" but in fact there is no problem.
I think the video will be correct this way.

I think it was the same role: two guys who appear human but are actually much more powerful, and both are searching for something called The One...
