I burned a KVCD just like the guide said, and got a great CD that can play on my window's media player no problem whatsoever at full screen or whatever mode I choose. However, I went to use it on a Panasonic DVD player and it showed the whole widescreen movie, but didn't center it on the screen, the movie appeared at the the top of the screen. Any ideas as to why? I wondered if maybe the DVD players just has issues with KVCD, it plays all VCDs and DVDs I put in it correctly and without a problem! Thanks!

Hi Starfury1,

If you burned it as SVCD, burn it again as VCD. On my Panasonic models I must burn as VCD. Not as SVCD.

Ya I am pretty sure that I burned it as a 'non-complaint', like it says you have to, VCD. hmm...

I have something of the same prob.
When playing a clip using the x3 templates, (on my Apex 1100w-1meg)
I get a rather nasty shift to the left.
This is not evident using either WinDvD, PowerDvD, or Wimp.
I can get around it (somewhat) using a border shift in the script,
but...being rather a noob to scripting.. .. I`m still wrestling with it.

Did you try to use 544x480 instead 528x480?
It worked for me.
