Just tested unit with HP brand DVD+R disc burned using an HP DVD200i DVD+R/RW drive. The disc appears to work flawlessly with this player.

This unit did however reject DVD+RW discs burned from the same unit

My DVD consisted of both Terminator and Terminator 2 encoded in TMPGenc using Kwag's KDVD template at default values.

Ulead DVD Moviefactory with the DVD+r compatibility patch applied was used to generate the image & burn the disc.

I also listed this info on VCDHelp: http://www.vcdhelp.com/dvdplayers.ph...ist=0#comments

I've just had a report from a buddy of mine with this same player, who had less than perfect results with one of my HP DVD+R Discs.

He had some trouble loading the menu. IT failed one out of three times.

When it did load, it apparently took 3 to 5 minutes to load it. Once loaded the movies encoded with Kwags kDVD template did play correctly .....

Jus' thought you'all wanna know .....
