Olá Vmesquita só um pergunta se eu tiver 2 filmes no dvd como eu ripo os dois no diko? 
é porque eu tenho os dvds do seriado Band of Brothers só que cada cd tem dois filmes e o Diko só ripa um...

Bom, neste caso vc precisa ripar e criar os D2V manualmente antes de usar no DIKO, não tem outra forma.  Vc sabe como fazer isso? Se não souber pode falar que eu te explico.

1) Ripando o DVD:
a)Abra o DVDDecrypter. Mude no menu MODE para File.
b) Insira seu DVD e espere ele carregar. Na lista de arquivos a esquerda, selecione todos os arquivos manualmente (clique no 1o, aperte shift e clique no ultimo)
c) Aperte o botão DVD->HD e aguarde ele ripar.
2) Criando o D2V e o AC3. Esta etapa vc irá fazer 2 vezes, uma para cada fiilme do DVD.
a) Abra o DVD2AVI. Vc o encontra em na subpasta DVD2AVI da pasta de instalação do DIKO.
b) Clique no menu File/Open. Vc precisa selecionar o primeiro VOB que contém o filme. Eles aparecem na forma VTS_0?_1.VOB. Muito provavelmente, vc encontrará 2 arquivos que seguem este padrão de nome com mais de 1Gb. Cada um corresponde a um filme, escolha o 1o deles.
c) O DVD2AVI irá escolher o restante dos VOB correspondentes a esse filme automaticamente. De OK.
d) Va em Dolby Digital e mude para "Demux All Tracks"
e) Passeie pelo filme usando a barrinha embaixo e verifique se o filme está completo. Estando tudo OK, vá em File/Save project e salve o D2V que será usado no DIKO.
Repita os passos da parte 2 e crie o D2V e os AC3 do segundo filme. Não precisa se preocupar com forced film pq o DIKO habilita (ou desabilita) se precisar automaticamente.
3) Legendas: vc vai precisar do SubRip:
http://www.divx-digest.com/software/subrip.html
Use-o para converter as legendas para SRT, lembre-se de fazer para os dois filmes.
3) Abra o DIKO, vá na janela de nova conversão, coloque o modo em D2V. Escolha o D2V que vc criou, uma das trilhas AC3 correspondente ao D2V e ao idioma que vc prefere e a legenda em SRT. Clique em Adicionar e faça a mesma coisa pro segundo D2V.
Bom, se tiver alguma dúvida, me pergunte. O mais chato mesmo é a etapa do SubRip. Infelizmente não é possível (ainda, está na lista de coisa pra fazer) usar legendas gráficas idx/sub em modo D2V.

Não. Esse é o único programa que converte legendas gráficas em legendas de texto. Mas não tão complicado como parece, apenas um pouco trabalhoso.

O script do tutorial usa o VobSub, usando as legendas graficas no script. Isso está implementado no DIKO no modo DVD, mas (ainda) não no modo D2V, que vc precisa usar pq seu DVD tem 2 filmes no mesmo disco (que é uma situação incomum, a não ser claro no caso dos nossos KDVDs)

Bom, a codificação do vídeo foi muito rápida, logo eu acredito que os scripts estejam dando erro por algum motivo. Abra no Virtualdub os scripts (movie0.avs, movie1.avs, movie2.avs) e verifique se dá algum erro.

dá erro na legenda linha 69 eu troquei a legenda str por sub no quenc estava conseguindo converter só que demora 14:00 em uma passada
e no cce acontece o mesmo problema de antes

agora esta travando, o cce ocupa toda a memoria do micro e so dando um reset pra poder reiniciar lo e outro programa tambem esta lento.
As outras versões do diko o cce funcionava legal .

Experimente, a titulo de teste, fazer somente 1 episodio. Eu desconfio que quando vários scripts para DVD são carregados em sequencia no CCE para fazer as amostras, não dá "tempo" de o Windows esvaziar a memória (caso vc só tenha 256 Mb). Veja se o problema para dessa forma pq se for isso eu sei como resolver (adicionando uma pausa entre os encodes).
