Need to convert an asf file

Can anyone help me...I need to convert an asf file and can't quite figure out how to do it...Tmpgenc doesn't support it and neither does bbmpeg. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The "#" sign in front means the following is only a comment so the line is not interpereted. Any filter you actually want to use, make sure there is NO # sign.

Try muxing it with Tmpgenc. I could never get bbmpeg to work properly myself for one reason or another, so I mux with tmpgenc and it seems to work just fine!

I read somewhere that telecide helps with interlacing issues. Don't know really, but when I tried it in my script, it appeared to help...
