I will try that, have the last 4 or 5 versions still on my drive, I did try going back to 2.57, but I has some other issues with that version.

KVCD: Can't get 120 minutes video on 1 CD?

Ever since I had a crash with TMPGENC about 3 weeks ago I have NOT been able to fit more than 100 min on one CD. Using same templates that i used prior to the crash, that I could do 160 easy with....
