KVCD Template 352x576 with TMPENC makes too big FILES!!

Hi Every Body I tried my OWN DVD From Dusk Till Dawn and this Movie is 104 Min and I look at the filessize and its 50 MB for 5 Minutes, thats too MUCH!
10 Min 100 MB
80 Min 800 MB <= CD FULL

How to setup BBMPEG for KVCD?

I Just entered the resolution to 352x576 and the VBR to 2300000 but isn't the something with the GOP setting? I don't know how to modify this manually in bbmpeg, please tell me how?

Or can someone...
