Playback still paused in my dvd i will set min bitrate to 800 and try that

KVCD: Playback pauses on dvd player?

i used red m's guide to make a kvcd of heartbreaker but when i play it back on my philips 612 dvd it pauses for 2-3 seconds and then jumps back a frame. It only does this every 10 mins or so. I...
