I can copy to a mpeg file from the WinTV PVR 250...

I can copy to a mpeg file from the WinTV PVR 250 with the following
parameters, without any problem

Video
Variable rate- 4800 with 6200 peak
GOPs 15
352x480
mpeg2

Audio

Additional Information

I forgot to add that the WinTV PVR 250 only captures to
a MPEG file. There is no option to go directly to AVI

Encoding: Procedure for WinTV PVR 250 to final KVCD disc?

I am new to the video conversion and I have a few questions about
proceedures/steps with the equipment that I currently have.

CPU- P III 600m with 512 meg
Windows 2000
Wintv PVR 250 Tv capture...
