Skvcd template not working with Apex 600a

I just created some movie with tmpgenc and the skvcd template at 352x480 resoution and burned them on to cd with nero but they are not working properly.

hmm I'm such a newb :) I was just playing around as it's getting late but I changed the "Aspect Ratio" in the "Video" tab on tmpgenc to 1:1 (vga) and now my output actually has the correct 352x480...

Ok I'm reading the guide right now. I had always assumed that just setting the size to 352x480 in tmpgenc would automatically resize the output file for you, but I guess that's not the case is it?
