I have had this problem again and think I know the problem.
I split the video where it was stopping and cut a small section out. Then I demultiplex each file seperately. Worked OK but now missing...

TMPGEnc Finishes demultiplex part way through

KVCD too timely to encode - 30+ hours?
I have tried encoding a KVCD video But after about 30 hours and only 45% through I give up. I have a 450Mhz PIII, and have completly converted DVD to Divx and DVD to VCD in about 8 hours. Am I doing...
