When you tell "put in the video" you mean in what ? TMPGEnc ?

You must encode in MPEG2, and set in tmpgenc "23.97 internally...

I also use CQ ,when i load the templates it's always 23.97 but afer i put in the video it changes 2 30fps,should i go to settings and change it back to 23.97

I've been using simple guide to converting avi to kvcd by gsolis,almost all my convertions have been having jerky playback , very little but constant , and am starting to get nuts trying to correct...
