All-in-one tool for avi to kdvd

If searched for a while now and can't seem to find a good all-in-one program to convert avi to kdvd.
The guide of VMesquita seems to be a lot of work and some of the plugins required aren't...

So if I use Beta1 it will still be KDVD.

TMPGEnc gives error on exit

When I close Tmpgenc it always gives an error.
This is pretty annoying because I use Tok now.

Because I was fed up with always taking my pc downstairs for my father to watch one episode on the tv I started with kvcd.
I tryed kvcdx2, kvcdx3 mpeg1 and kvcdx3 mpeg2 but the dvd player didn't...

I always result in an 180Mb file. I think it has something to do with sampler.
Can somebody help me?
