I've tried VLC too but the problem is NOT with my codecs, i am sure i have encoded it properly and that is why i dunno y i got the Draggy picture at the end.
Btw i don't have a DVD standalone player...

I haven't overcome this issue but what i did as an alternative is to convert the VCD into DivX and then convert the DivX files into 2 KVCD files, so basically i done...
