HCMatic: What is it showing me?

I used to know how to do this whole predict thing manually but I haven't done this in months so please forgive me for asking. What is the log window telling me?

I have cleared the source range and everything is in h:\movies

I have noticed that when I double click source range and seek through the movie it is not in order and says its only got 1271 frames...

KVCD: CQMatic worked once!

CQMatic worked one time and now when I use it all I get is a CQ prediction of 89.73. I looked at all the threads concerning the problem with 89.77 and nothing helped.

Settings to use for mainconcept encoder?

I've tried both tmpgenc and mainconcept. TMPgenc takes forever and is kind of blocky. Using mainconcept (and this page http://www.kvcd.net/portal/articles.php?lng=en&pg=20) I guess I missed some...
