Seems like the formula used in DVD2SVCD is not as accure as the one we're using. It usually makes smaller files that the actual final size. I have sent DVD2SVCD a message about trying out our method....

Just run TMPEG and load any of the KVCD PLUS templates. Exit TMPEG and then look at your .INI file. It will be set with our Q. Matrix.

Hi Daagar,

You must use the same number as MAX number of frames in the P's. Not 5823 ( signature). My signature makes DVD2SVCD throw up :lol: , and sets the value of P's to 0, causing a blocky...

The only problems I remember with DVD2SVCD are that the VBV buffer is fixed to 0. That causes problems with many DVD players. You couldn't change the value passed to TMPEG. I hope they fixed it. The...

Looks pretty good!. Reminds me of "EXPECT", where I've used it on FreeBSD and Linux, and I can script just about anything with it. The Windows version is not quite ready....
