If you encode from 480x272 to 352x240, you should expect a pretty good result. Because you're down scaling the resolution. But not the other way around :wink:

Hi a_star62:

You can only encode at 23.976fps NTSC Film, 25fps PAL, or 29.97fps NTSC.
These are the only frame rates for standard VCD's that will play back correctly on standalone DVD players.
